Event Tech Live Returns to London for Its 13th Year, Bringing the World's Event Technology Community Under One Roof

Event Tech Live, the world's leading conference and exhibition dedicated entirely to event technology, returns to ExCeL London on 11–12 November 2026, marking its 13th edition. The free-to-attend show is expected to draw more than 3,000 event professionals, buyers, and the industry's top technology companies for two days of education, product discovery, and networking.

Held in the heart of London's historic Royal Docks — roughly ten minutes from Canary Wharf and twenty minutes from the City — Event Tech Live has established itself as the calendar's definitive gathering for organisers, marketers, agencies, venues, brands, technology providers, and investors from around the globe.

### Four Stages, One Industry

This year's programme spans four dedicated stages, each curated to address a distinct dimension of the modern event:

- **The Main Stage**, featuring headline sessions from the industry's most respected voices
- **The AI & Innovation Stage**, exploring how artificial intelligence is reshaping event workflows and audience experiences
- **The MarTech & Growth Stage**, connecting marketing technology with measurable event outcomes
- **The Experiential & Engagement Stage**, spotlighting the tools that turn attendees into participants

Attendees gain direct, hands-on access to live product demonstrations, new solution launches, and activations across event management software, registration technology, audience engagement tools, AI-powered platforms, and hybrid event solutions.

## Where the Decisions Get Made

Event Tech Live is distinguished by the seniority and spending power of its audience. The majority of attendees hold purchasing authority, and more than a thousand visitors manage annual event technology budgets of £100,000 or more — making the show floor a genuine marketplace where evaluation, comparison, and investment happen in real time.

A curated Hosted Buyer Programme further connects qualified buyers with leading suppliers through structured, pre-matched meetings, while the co-located Marketing Technology Live extends the conversation into the broader martech landscape.

## Celebrating Innovation

The event also serves as a platform for recognising excellence across the sector, with the Event Technology Awards spotlighting the companies and products advancing the industry — offering finalists valuable exposure to key decision-makers and new partnership opportunities.
