# NAMM NeXT LATAM

The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) will bring together senior music industry leaders from across Latin America for the NAMM NeXT LATAM Leadership Gathering, taking place on November 12, 2026 in São Paulo. This event is stragically positioned on the eve of Conecta+ Música & Mercado, a major gathering for South America’s music products industry, bringing together companies, brands and professionals for exhibition, business, education and networking.

Designed to foster leadership, strategic dialogue and meaningful connections across the region, the strategic gathering will offer an opportunity for NAMM leadership and Latin American music industry insiders to exchange insights, discuss the future of the industry and explore opportunities to support continued growth throughout the region.

“Latin America is home to a dynamic and increasingly connected music products industry, and we are committed to listening, learning and building stronger relationships across the region,” said NAMM President & CEO John Mlynczak. “The NAMM NeXT LATAM Leadership Gathering provides an important forum for industry leaders to come together, share perspectives and identify opportunities to work collectively building a strong future for our global industry.”

The program will feature a global overview of the music products industry from NAMM CEO, John Mlynczak, followed by a leadership discussion and open forum with attending industry leaders. The conversation will focus on the future of the industry, regional priorities and the actions leaders can take together to support continued growth and success.

The event will conclude with a networking reception, providing attendees with an opportunity to build new connections and strengthen existing relationships with peers and industry leaders from across Latin America.

Hosted and sponsored by NAMM as a courtesy to its Latin American members, partners and industry leaders, the NAMM NeXT LATAM Leadership Gathering is complimentary to attend.

The gathering takes place on the eve of Conecta+ Música & Mercado, creating a unique opportunity for industry leaders to connect ahead of the show and continue conversations throughout Conecta+. During Conecta+, Mlynczak will also meet one-on-one with industry leaders to strengthen relationships, better understand regional priorities and discuss opportunities for NAMM to support and engage with the Latin American music industry.
