Founded by Jeff Ojeda, Phase Entertainment works across artist management, agency representation and sync licensing, with a roster that includes KyleMcKearney, Royal Tusk and Alex Hughes. Written by McKearney, Lydia Sutherland and Aaron Pollock, the song is about resilience and building the life you want, no matter where you come from or the hand you’ve been dealt. McKearney’s “Rearview” reached the Top 30 on Billboard’s Canada Country chart and has surpassed two million global streams to date. The song is the leading track from his fourth studio album, *Wildflower*, due in spring 2027 and recorded at his CCMA-nominated Wildflower Studios in Airdrie, Alberta. Rock band Royal Tusk also have a new album on the way and are now back in the studio finishing the record. Earlier this year, they completed a national tour supporting Three Days Grace and Finger Eleven, while their single “ARMISTICE” reached a No. 25 Mediabase peak this summer. It has been a year of firsts for rising Calgary country act Alex Hughes, who released her debut EP this past spring and made her stadium debut supporting Dasha as part of the Stampeders’ Bowl halftime show. She also spent the summer performing at festivals throughout Western Canada. On the business and creative side, Phase Entertainment and Ojeda have also received numerous industry award nominations this year, including *Creative Team or Designer of the Year* at the CCMA Awards; *Visual Creative(s) of the Year* at the CMAB Awards; and *Business Professional of the Year* and *Creative Professional of the Year* at the BCCMA Awards.
